Suleman Dossani is a highly acclaimed and accomplished executive with solid progressive history of 30+ years of experience in Banking and Business Intelligence with specialisation in MIS & Financial Analytics. Graduating in Business in the areas of Strategy Planning and Banking, he has provided consulting to international banks in markets like Europe, Latin America, Africa, Far East and Middle East for over 20 years.

He has developed competency in implementing strategies towards enhancing business volumes and growth. He was the Head of MIS & Financial Reporting divisions and Vice President for the Emerging Markets in Citibank based in London for 10 years and Saudi American Bank for 4 years. He played a stellar role in coordinating between Business and IT managers for complicated analytical issues.

He has hands-on experience in implementing various BI initiatives and his consulting skills are very distinct and precise. His expertise in Treasury, MIS and non-financial Analytics has catered to the reporting needs of Central Banks, Risk Management and other regulatory bodies. He has also been involved in restructuring the MIS reporting and BI analysis for various leading banks globally.

Sukirat heads Sunoida’s Global Sales, Marketing, Alliances and Client Relationship Management functions. Sukirat has 20+ years of experience in the Financial Technology industry across both developed markets and emerging markets. He has had a very successful career having worked for reputable organizations such as ICICI Group, Regulus, Tata Group etc. As the Vice President & Business Head of 3i Infotech (North America), he was instrumental in setting up the company’s footprint across North America. He was a key member of the Business Solutions team that worked with marquee clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, American Express, Wells Fargo, Prudential, AIG.

Prior to that, as Head of Insurance Practice (EMEA), he led the remarkable success of the company in Europe, Middle East, Africa and CIS countries. Under his able leadership the company’s business grew from 6 clients to 200+ clients in 5 years across 25 countries establishing a clear market leadership position.

Sukirat was included in the International Who’s Who directory of Top Global professionals and is a frequent speaker at industry forums dealing with Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, Banking and Insurance. He is extremely well travelled and knowledgeable about global financial industry practices having done business deals across 50+ countries. He has lived in the US & Dubai for the past 2 decades.

Sukirat has a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University and he has attended executive management programs from IIM Ahmedabad, The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), Ross School of Business (University of Michigan) and Harvard Business School (Harvard University).

Ganesan is an engineering graduate from the College of Engineering, Chennai. He has 30+ years of experience as a senior IT delivery and consulting professional and many years of international experience in markets like Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, USA, UK, and Africa. He has worked for various MNCs such as HP, Agilent, BMW, Citibank, DELL, IBM and more.

Prior to joining Sunoida, Ganesan was the DWH Delivery Head at Polaris, India. Ganesan’s experience also includes various leadership positions at leading organisations including Ashok Leyland, Emerio Global Solutions, iGATE Global Solutions , HP and more.

Ganesan played a leading role at Emerio Global Solutions as the Head of Global Delivery. He has also specialized in the field of outsourcing and was the Practice Director – Outsourcing at iGATE Global Solutions spearheading various outsourcing assignments based in Singapore, Chennai, Malaysia and China. He has very strong consulting skills and provided consulting for various organizations including HP.

Ganesan has exceptional experience in building industry standard processes, metrics, reviews and quality. He has participated in implementing quality processes such as ISO 9001:2000, CMM-L5 and ITIL processes.

Jawwad Ahmed Farid is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (Chicago), a MBA from Columbia Business School (New York) and a computer science graduate. During the last 21 years, he has worked as a consultant in North America, UK, Middle East, Africa and Asia with a number of blue chip clients including Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Nationwide, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Pacific Life, Fidelity Investments, Transamerica, GE Financial Assurance, Washington Mutual Bank etc.

Jawwad’s core areas of expertise include Asset/Risk Management, Investments, Product Development, Risk Models & the Financial Services Back Office. Working with clients across four continents he helps bankers, board members and regulators take a market relevant approach to risk management. Jawwad runs Sunoida’s Risk Solutions, Treasury and Consulting practice. He is the author of five books on Entrepreneurship (Reboot), Commodity Markets (Understanding Commodities Risk), Delta Hedging (Decoding Greeks) and Risk Management (Risk Application & Frameworks and Models at Work).

As an investment advisor Jawwad has advised M&A due diligence teams on treasury & credit risk exposures and trained corporate bankers, auditors and compliance team members. In addition to his consulting background, Jawwad brings more than two decades of front, back office and risk systems implementation experience and he has been part of multiple Basel II, Enterprise Risk, Treasury, Market Risk, Capital Planning & Adequacy implementations as a domain specialist and project champion.

Jawwad is an adjunct faculty member at the SP Jain Campus in Dubai and Singapore where he teaches courses on Entrepreneurship, Risk Management, ALM, Derivative Pricing and Project Finance. He has been a featured speaker on campus at Columbia Business School, University of Virginia’s Darden Business School, LUMS, IBA and CBM.
